Poor Service and disgusting staff working there - NETFLORIST is a ****a Shop

Netflorist is so unproffessional bad service and the management there is worse. i placed an order on the 5th November 2022 to be delivered on the 8th and it was confirmed. I kept on tracking the order but there were no changes, and NO communication. On the 8th in the morning i contacted them and the person by the name of Rene told me that they have no stock, like really why was this not communicated with me. She then gave me the email of their "Supervisor"who refered me back to Rene. NetFlorist is a ****a shop and i am disgusted by their service. NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM
