Poor Service and Deceiving Adverts

Poor service from netflorist. I bought a gift for my fiancé to cheer her as she was having a bad day since today marked 1 year since she lost her mother. I used her work address to ensure that the gift would be delivered before 17:00 as stated on the Netflorist website. It’s now 18:30 and she has not received her gift, the driver offered to deliver it at home but it won’t serve its purpose anymore as it is already the end of the day. I wish I can just get a refund and return the bought items.

I am so disappointed in Netflorist. They always send promo emails and special offers but once they receive money from the purchase, they don’t care what happens after.

This service deserve 0 star, yall have lost a customer in me.
