Poor service and damaged flowers

I order flowers and some gifts which for delivered late number one. Only after writing a strong email did the flowers get delivered. The flowers delivered is in terrible condition. They informed me if I was unhappy with the condition that should I email them in 48 hours and they would replace it. They have not responded to any of mails, the flowers were dry and broken and off shaped. This is wrong as you pay for the damn service!!
