Poor service

The chat staff are rude. This company does not respond to emails. They did not teedback after I contacted them via Facebook. I received the incorrect number of roses for my order. I ordered 6 roses for a 6-month annive6 and received 5 roses. NetFlorist can't be bothered to acknowledge that the problem.
