Poor Service

Your service sucks and your driver is very unprofessional! The items that were ordered both had a delivery date being the 11/05/2025 however on the 11th suddenly 1 of the items could not be delivered. My order was never delivered and nobody got back to me despite me calling you guys yesterday. It kind of defeats the purpose of the intended recipient receiving anything now, as the special day has passed? I will never again use Netflorist as my fiancé had the same appalling experience with you people.
