Poor Service!

I am so disappointed in the service Netflorist gave me yesterday. I ordered flowers for my partner and according to them on their page, they were going to be delivered on the same day. Believe me when I say my partner only received her gift today at 1pm!! There was no communication that the flowers would arrive late or that they had a lot of orders. I am soo disapotinted in them.
