Poor Service

I'm very disgusted with the apathetic service from Netflorist , sent them an e-mail on the 11.01.2021 , for the them to collect their cheap material gown , with my name printed incorrect , they asked met send them aa picture of a gown, I did. two weeks later when I called for follow up I was advised that the have lost the pictures I send , I have to resend them, I sent them again , up to this date I haven't got any feedback from them.

I placed another orders that was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 22.01.2021, up to date the orders haven't been delivered , 3days later, their call centre has lying unprofessional agents who don't know what they are doing!
