Poor service

I ordered a gift for my wife yesterday for same day delivery. I ask them this morning for a sign POD after I got an update at 17:55 that the gift was delivered but I was with my wife the time the update came through. This morning when I request a sign POD. Until now never send me anything. I chat on whatsapp with them and ask them. Please, if you can't provide me with it. I want my money back and I cancel. Around 10 this morning, some person person around there brought the gift to my wife. I ask them please do not collect the gift because she got it. I spoke to a gentleman and I ask him as well. I even explain him that I also work with the fleet and you can cancel the collection online on there system and you can call the driver.

Now my wife phone me and said they collect the gift from her and now from the correct person. How must my wife feel there where she is and ask me what's happening. What an a embarrassing moment and what my my wife think of me. I spoke to 3 different people from 3 different calls I made and all 3 said they going to phone me back until now. Can I get all those calls because it is mentioned that this calls are recorded for quality and security purposes.

How do I explain my wife and now my airtime is finished I can't call them.
