Poor Service

If there was a zero, I would have given them that. They have zero customer service, they don't deliver and they lie to clients. They **** to me about my delivery to say that the truck has been hijacked, that's why my gift will not be delivered on the 14th of February 2022, for a birthday, they can only deliver the 15th, that didn't make sense to me as the birthday was on the 14th. When I called them back, they told me my gift got damaged in transit, too many stories in one day!! team leaders and managers were just unavailable, when I requested to speak to one. For such a big company, that was disappointing!! I will never use Netflorist again!!
