Poor service 💔💔💔🚮🚮🚮

Haven't had a problem before but recently I encountered one, I bought something prior on the 15th of January 2025 for my girlfriend to receive it for the valentines day which the order was supposed to be delivered on Friday this week, my order was eligible for delivery because it said so when I was purchasing on the internet. All of a sudden I'm receiving a call from their call center telling me that my order won't be able to be delivered Friday since it not part of valentines, I'm like but when I was buying the system said it is eligible but you now, you are telling me that it can't ne delivered? I was so frustrated to the core because she even said they can only deliver after the 15th, I said it can't be happening i paid my order in full and I ordered a month before so they suggested that to be delivered atleast earlier which I agree to that because I didn't want to cancel for her sake but I'm so mad even today coz I didn't take the order on credit. So I'm rating 0 stars for you, you disappointed me to the core and I'm not gona use your service anymore it was my last time.
