Poor service

Unsatisfactory service received I ordered a combo parcel which included Flowers,teddy bear and chocolates but only flowers were delivered.On the 14/02/2022 I called and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, the person I spoke to promised to give feedback same day but he didn’t.I sent numerous emails the only response I got was auto response. I called again today(15/02/2022) and was not assisted because apparently the system is offline. I therefore request a full refund of the money I paid. Your service is very poor. Order No. ***
