Poor service

4 agents **** to me yesterday when I requested a 1 day delivery. One of them being Rene stated that the delivery was on its way and that the driver was almost there. When I called again, another agent said that there was a problem with the order and that it would be delivered today. When I followed up today they had said they will deliver today with no guarantee because there is a problem in the warehouse. Kindly send a refund, deliver my order or further action will be taken. Thank you.
