Poor service

Used to order from them and " net soos 'n ossewa se toet" their service went down the road. Ordered this morning after 9am and order as we speak 16h19 not yet picked up for delivery. Birthday mood gone. Is there a past tense for suprise? Disappointed. Very DISAPPOINTED.
