Poor service

Terrible. Ordered 3 gifts for 3 individuals in the same company on Friday 25 Feb. Two get delivered yesterday! So from about 12 noon I send messages , I initiate chats about the 3rd. Got told it will be delivered! Then from 4 I follow up, to be told they are out of stock on the box? No deluge ry. Been trying since 9 this likening with no luck. Surely if you don’t have stock on something you get in touch, offer alternative, make a plan??? Not for me to phone and chat and and still no answer??? Very bad!!! How do I celebrate something a day late??? And still kot even a courtesy anything ??
