POOR SERVICE

I'm disappointed with them, Their role is to make special moments memorable but they ruined my daddies moment. I ordered a gift for fathers day on the 15th and they scheduled delivery on the 17th. on the 17th i got an email that they will only deliver on the 18th, On the 18th i waited all day still nothing. I did follow-ups and all they said is just " apology for the inconvenience" today is Sunday. when i did my follow-up again i got the below message.

Thank you, the order will not be delivered today unfortunately as we are using RAM couriers to deliver for us in Soshanguve. There was a production delay with the order from the personalisation department so it was made in time to be sent out with the courier for delivery on Friday 18/06/2021 and they do not work on weekends and public holidays so they can only deliver the item tomorrow 21/06/2021. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

This is after another lady that i spoke to yesterday promised that they will finally deliver today.

Now i have to make a plan for another gift since Netflorist didn't keep their promise.
