Poor service

Are we ever gonna talk about the *** service NetFlorist give or we just gonna pretend it’s ok. Maybe it’s because they really don’t have much competition. On a few occasions I paid for a card to go with the gift(s), the card never made it to the recipient. A few times they made deliveries at corporate buildings at 18h00 imagine 🙄, who is in the office at this time?! Why do they even bother asking if the address is residential/corporate 🤷🏽♀️. And on all this occasions I have reported and guess what?! “ sorry ma’am, we will give you a R50 voucher as an apology” and that’s not what I want, I want proper service nje 🤬
