Poor service

I ordered a birthday present for my daughter. Delivery was scheduled for 1 October 2019, as it was meant to be delivered at her preschool, I put in my order that they should deliver during business hours. The order was delivered, by an unprofessional delivery person, 16:50. This is 10 minutes before preschool closes. I am disappointed by the service. The company came highly recommended and i was using it for the first time. I have another order scheduled for this week. I am now crossing fingers that they do no ruin the day for the recipient of the gift. Deeply saddened
