Poor service

<p>The once self proclaimed same day delivery has become a shadow of former self. I order flowers overning to be delivered in the morning till now they have not been delivered. It is not for the first time netflourist doesn't deliver. Last year they did the same thing, they failed to deliver and ended up calling me to say that the recipient was not at the delivery address. i took them on they retracted and deliver the next day. today they sent a message at 9h30 saying that my order was on the way. around 1h00 they've sent another message for the same order claiming that the order has just left their building. My 2nd order is still being processed at 1h25 but order yesterday. </p> <p>I have email 'Cazley Manuel' ********** still no response. if they cannot do the job they may as well close the door.</p> <p> </p> <p>****ed customer </p>
