Poor Service

<p>I spent R799 on flowers for my gf for a special occassion. The flowers never delivered. Every single time I called the call centre, they said they would phone me back , they never did. I sent emails, they were never responded. </p> <p>I was told the manager, Lerato, would call me back, she never did. Your site states, 100% satatisfaction guarantee. that is a complete lie. You ruined a special day for my girl friend my not delivering her flowers and you have lost a customer for life.</p> <p> </p>
