Poor service

I placed a order with Netflorist on 30/03/2015 for NETNV008-2 - 48 Red Roses in a Glass Vase and RA3297 - Candy Jar with Sally Williams Nougat. The roses that were delivered were only 37 and the sally nougat candy jar did not arrive with the flowers. These were supposed to be delivered together and did not happen. Now I was told it would come from a different courier at a different time. The items were supposed to be together not separate. This is the second time I have used Netflorist and they have messed it up on both occasions. I will never use them again and will tell every one I know not to use them.
