Poor service

I ordered flowers twice form Netflorist and both times the delivery has been late. When I called the call centre, I was told that my delivery is en route and simply threw her hands in the air with the constant mantra of "I'm in the call centre. All I know is that there are 14 deliveries before yours." It's 4:38 pm what's the point of getting wilted birthday flowers after 7 pm? Never ever again!
