poor service

<p>I ordered a bunch of flowers,teddy bear and vase for our anniversary to send to my wife,the flowers and teddy bear reached her,no vase,when i enquired bout it was told that it wasnt released from the warehouse,and then i phoned again n was told it would be delievered today in the morning and still nothing yet,bad service and organisation,the call centre agents dont even understand the problem and all they can say is i am sorry,vey quick to take money but absolutely poor on service,will never do business with them again</p>
