Poor service

<p>I booked a deivery (same day delivery) at 10am this morning and got a SMS at 14h30 to say the delivery was going to happen soon.</p> <p>When I called Netforist at 16h30 - I got through to Portia who had told me that the system was down and could not track my order. When I asked to speak to her manager, she kept me on hold for a long time and thereafter told me that she got hold of the driver, and he had not delivered the gift as he was told to cancel same ? When questioned by whom she said she did not know.</p> <p>So I told her to deliver ASAP, and she was like oh sorry man its so late now I can refund you if you like or we will deliver tomorrow - but so emphatetic, and I am sure the driver gold held up and could not deliver.</p> <p>Such bad service from Netflorist - absolutely shocking! Would hae expected much better as they always raving about using their services!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
