Poor Service!

The service from Netflorist is really deteriorating!!!! I had to call so many times to confirm the order delivery, and the call centre representatives were not much of assistance as they promised to facilitate the timeous delivery of the gift and follow up, but again, I found myself having to follow up. Had I not followed up, the gift would not have been delivered because apparently according to Netflorist "they had many orders". Moreover, it was delivered after hours, meaning the recipient was already out of the office and home (so much for a surprise birthday gift). Netflorist needs a vigorous competitor as we cant continue to settle for such poor service!
