Poor service

This was the worst ever service. No customer service no after sales service. Order and pay 09h00 on 18 January 2023, 19 January 2023 14h15 my 1st phone call. 14h45 my second phoned call, 16h50 my 3rd , when the clock say 17h03 I was cut off. I waited at work until 17h40. Still nothing left tired after a long day. On the web site track my order 14h15 order was not even prepared nothing, left only at 16h00. Awe Full service. Not even value for money
