Poor service

<p>On the 07 July 2016 order flowers for my wife for her birthday on the 30 July 2016. The Saturday of the 30 July 2016 come and go with no develiry. Logged a complaint on the 30 July 2016. On the Monday they apologise and send the delivery had it wrong. They said they will send a box of chocolates with the flowers for the delivery that went wrong. On Thursday the 04 August 2016 they did the delivery but not box of chocolates. Did send Leonie a mail Thursday but no response!!! This is unacceptable I pay a delivery fee for it to be delivered on the correct date not 4 days late!!! </p>
