Poor service

Valentines order got delivered at 21:00 on Valentine's day, despite being ordered on the 10th, so it most certainly was not a rush order. Terrible service that really did put a dampener on an important day for us. Will not be using Netflorist again. Also... tried to use the chat functionality on their website, and much like them.... its useless and doesn't work.
