Poor service

I ordered on the 13th and delivery date was the 14th, the order was not delivered, no phone calls or communication with regards to the order not being delivered on time… when i tracked the order, it was only out for delivery at 17h02, who is still at work at that time? Even then they say they send out a message to the receiver before delivering the item, no message was received. I am utterly disappointed with the service, which has cost me my relationship.
