Poor Service

I just don't understand how a company can allow you to place an order, all the way to paying and anticipating delivery, rather expecting a call from your happy partner but only to receive an email that WE DON'T DELIVER TO SPECIFIED LOCATION and refund take 5-7 days. I don't trust these guys at all, how can they allow one to pay without verifying the location and on top of it order done over the phone. Really frustrated, killed my mood. 2 seconds money was out of my account now have to wait 5 good working days to get my money back
