Poor service

i ordered and paid for roses on the 10th of Feb. i indicated the delivery date as the 12 of Feb 2016. since the morning their system has been indicating that my order is out for delivery and up to now my wife hasn't received the order. this is a *******. i will never use this site again. you people are treating us as cash ***s with no delivery.i actually want my money back
