Poor Service

Placed an order 3 days ago and no delivery was made. I made a call to the call centre 2 times and was on hold for more than 30 minutes on both calls. First agent said will follow up with their driver then will call me back but didn't get back to me, then I made a follow up call and second agent told me to hold and then she transferred the call back into the queue where I was put on hold for another 30 minutes. Absolute waste of time and day ruined. Never again will I subscribe to this.
