poor service

i ordered an item at nedflorist on the 6th of feb. delivery for the 13th. i called them and told them that i need the item to be delivered before 16:00. the agent said he will call me back. nothing happened. i called again and the other agent said they will deliver after 16:00. i told him they can cancel the order and refund me. i stayed on the phone line for over 18 minutes. he said he will mail me and the phone got cut off or droped.

i dont want a voucher i want a refund coz thats very bad service. i wont ever order from them again as this is not what they promise on deliveries.

i need a refund from them. your agents also dont stay true to their word.
