Poor service

Order *** was ordered to go out 1 October, 14:26 I received an email that it was delivered. I then phoned the person who will receive it, have not received it. I phoned the call center and said it was emailed in error. The receiver then phoned and they told him it will be delivered 1 October before 18:00 that evening - Was NEVER delivered!!! Phoned again on Friday 2nd of October, order will be logged again for the delivery and will be delivered. I have a phoned a few times and the agent contacted me and said it will be delivered. I have phoned again around 16:10 and was told will be delivered before 19h00. Guess what.... it was NOT delivered!!! I phoned again this morning 3rd of October, the agent said that he will send the request for a new set of flower from the florist and delivery will take place today. So the driver arrived to deliver the flowers...... Ja, you guessed it......the flowers was in an awful state and busy falling apart and the oasis to keep them moist and in place was crumbling of the dryness. You pay a price for a service and product and this is the kind of service and product one gets. Totally unacceptable!!!!! This message has also been send to Hello Peter as I am a very unhappy customer at the moment!!!
