POOR SERVICE!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered yesterday and WROTE TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 16:00, it's almost 12 AGAIN, MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER STILL NO DELIVERY???<br> <br> Was on the line with them for 6minutes, only to learn the gift left 08:19 this morning???<br> <br> It's unacceptable!!!<br>
