Poor service

This is the second time in succession that I use this branch only to have a special day ruined due to poor service. Whether it be late deliveries or on the day messages of 'sorry we out of stock' (after delivery should have happened) there just always seems to be an excuse for poor service. I work out of South Africa and online deliveries make life so much easier (at least they supposed to) especially on birthdays and anniversaries. I won't go into further detail other than to say I gave benefit of the doubt to the said provider the first time I was embarrassed by them but this now being the second time running I won't be taking that chance again. Be warned!
