Poor service

Ordered flowers for my mom in law bday in PE for 20 July. .she did not receive it.I called on 21 July art 9:53 was told they wud follow up and call me back..at 11:17 I called back and was told the person I dealt with was busy and will call me back.I called back at 12:43 and was placed on hold for 10 mins then disconnected.they called me back to say they don't deliver in that area and will outsource it.is a e ordered from them before for the same area and it was not a problem. .nobody bothered to contact me and flowers which was meant for my mom's bday was now a day late and merely an afterthought. .I told them to rather cancel the order as I feel when I pay over R600 for flowers I expect competence!
