POOR SERVICE !!!

I have bought flowers from Net florist on the 27 January 2020 to be delivered on the 28 January 2020 but still even now that hasn’t been delivered regardless the payment made. After calling to enquire the agent said the person who was helping me when i was tracking my order **** / gave me wrong information. This is not the first time i receive such POOR SERVICE!! from Net florist.
