Poor same day delivery

I opted for a same day delivery and you did not stick to your end of the deal. I called the call centre and spoke to Cleopatra and she said late delivery will be at 17h30. I'm writing this at 17h45. No one called to at least give an update that they are going to be late. This is poor service.
