Poor Quality Service and Product

Good day,

I've ordered a parcel from Netflorist on Valentine's Day to be delivered. The parcel was delivered on time, however the quality of product was extremely poor (torn teddy bear, broken box). When asking them to rectify the issue, they delivered a complete different product of extremely cheap nature, and took the original delivery away. After attempting to get the original product back, they promised to do so and till today (a month now), I've heard nothing from them.

Also, I forgot to mention how long the call centre takes to get through to.
