Poor Quality Product from NetFlorist

Bought a Vase with Tulips for our Anniversary and the flowers were wilted and in poor condition. I wrote an email to NetFlorist who said they would check with they QC department and get back to me, its been over a month and I haven't had any feedback. Will definitely not recommend them for anybody to use and they use to be very efficient and quality driven. They seem more money driven now.
