Poor quality Netflorist - never buy a birthday gift

Never buy the personalized gifts from Netflorist. I purchased a coffee tin for a birthday gift. The text was not positioned correctly and appeared at the back of tin instead of front. Imagine gifting a defect gift and paying full price. I reported this and Olivia agreed to have it replaced - I was satisfied that the correct quality would eventually come. After being promised Tebogo states that they won’t replace it. How contradicting is that? Now Tebogo from Netflorist response is there is nothing they can do all their personalized gifts carry that risk. They want to give me half the price in a voucher which makes no sense as this was a birthday gift. How pathetic is that? They are a rip-off. Never buy anything personalized from Netflorist.
