Poor quality for value of money.

I purchased an online gift as it was a very special gift FLORAL BABY GIRL GIFT BOX CODE NETSP2890. ORDER NO: ***. It was my first time experience ordering from Netflorist expecting excellent customer service. I was dissatisfied with the poor value for money. Flowers were of poor quality, wasn't anything of what i seen online. I came from Durban on Saturday to see the baby and was so disappointed with the arrangement. I complained and was dissatisfied with the manner in which my matter was handled as i complained about a discount of R100 which was offered to me and not deducted from my purchase price. I was told within 48 hrs my complaint should have been lodged. The order arrived on Wednesday and no ways i could have flown from Durban too Joburg within 48hrs. Complaint was closed as i was upset as they could not assist to resolve the issue.
