Poor quality flowers delivered

Flowers delivered at noon, by the evening they already began to hang, within the next day or so they where dead. I had no access to a computer to email until a couple of days later where i was asked to supply pictures which i did - i was then told that it was too late to complain and i must read the terms and conditions. Then i was asked why the flowers die so soon yet i only communicate days later. I want the flowerd re-delivered as it was a special occassion and i was embarrassed to hear that the quality was so poor. Last response i get is: <br> \I am unable to deliver new flowers, please read our terms and conditions on the website.<br> [URL Removed]<br> Just not good enough - Netflorist is happy to take alot of money for the order but not to make good on poor quality. I certainly wont be making use of Netflorist to order flowers again, and i know alot of people who will be very interested in this poor service and not utilise it either. Im not asking for an arm and a leg - just the same flowers sent, and better, lasting quality ones too"
