Poor Quality Delivery

Hi there<br> <br> I ordered a boquet of roses for delivery yesterday for my ex wifes birthday on 02 Feb 2015. When the flowers arrived, the roses were wilting already. 24 hours after the flowers were delivered 3 of the flowers are already dead and dying. I have used NetFlorist numerous times before, but this is the first time I have EVER received goods of that disgusting quality. <br> <br> Flowers bought at Checkers are of better quality and lasts longer that the junk delivered yesterday. I have fotographic evedince if required. I would appreciate it if you would rectify this and send a decent boquet of flowers, as it is her birthday tomorrow.
