Poor quality

I ordered flowers along with add ons , the service of the delivery was excellent, however I am disgusted by Netflorist quality control to even send out something looking like it was placed on someones grave for a few days before delivering it to the recipient. The sunflower was old, dried and shrinking, the roses where falling apart and already dying !!!! This is highly disappointing from such a huge company, I wouldn't even take such flowers to a grave yard !
