Poor Quality

I am utterly appalled with the quality of the roses that were used in the arrangement that I ordered. The roses were delivered on Friday 04 September 2015 and they were basically dead. These were not anywhere close to fresh roses. By Saturday morning they had all dried up even though we had placed them in water on Friday. I have ordered flowers a number of times from NetFlorist and have never had an issue before. Definitely not worth the amount spent.
