Poor quality

I've booked the tranquility flowers as a sympathy message to a colleague of mine. When I went to visit over the weekend the flowers she has received was of poor quality. As if it is not enough that I've paid R500 for the flowers the bunch of flowers looked like it was worth a total of R100 only. What a cheap embarrassment!!! At the same time the flowers also do not match the quality of the picture on the website. Eg. there must be a bunch of flowers, but lets leave out a few flowers... and save some money. Extremely dissatisfied with your service!
