Poor poor service

Shameful service, on the 14 of Feb I ordered for my wife, I ordered something that can be delivered on the same day order number ***. I kept tracking my order and by 11:00 it said the order was ready for delivery. From 11:00 until 15:30 nothing. My wife ended up leaving her workplace, she received a call from your drivers at 16:00 that he is outside. Unfortunately she advised the driver that they can reschedule delivery for Tuesday but he insisted that they can meet somewhere and he will give her the gift. What an utterly nonsensical service are you offering? If you cannot make same day delivery just say so, we placed orders based on the availability of the product. Can please have my refund.
