Poor poor Service

<p>I had to receive a delivery for my birthday on Saturday, which was not delivered due to them arriving prior to arranged time. One would think that the recipient of a delivery will be notified if they deliver at a different time. Irrespective of this I would assume that my delivery would take priority on Monday, however they messed it up even more. I changed the address of delivery to my work address but yet they went ahead and still delivered at my home address and on top of it hands it over to a stranger which they say is my neighbour, whom I don't even know.</p> <p>I'm astonished at the lack of care and level of customer service that's been given. Is there no empathy for the effort that was made in wanting to give this gift to another or even the money that was paid for this gift?</p> <p>I will never ever make use of Neflorist again, such a pity but what a horrifying experience. </p>
