POOR POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am very unhappy about the service I got from Netflorist, On Thursday the 26th of July I ordered a delivery wine hamper and a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to someone at her work place,I did everything that they wanted me to do in order for the parcel to be released (like sending a proof of payment).On Friday they called me telling me that the wine hamper is not available and they said they can deliver on Saturday, I was not happy about that because I told them the person is not working on weekends and the purpose was defeated already. so I then said they must deliver at her home but only if its in the morning because I'm not sure whether she will be around or not since its the weekend of month end and people are busy but they assured me that its gonna be delivered in the morning...Until now the parcel has not been delivered and I haven't heard from them.
